Responsibilities
Customer service management:
- Answering phone calls, live chat, offline messages, emails and WhatsApp messages
- Forwarding bookings to partners by email, phone, Whatapp
- Reconfirming bookings to clients by email, phone, Whatapp
- Resolving issues with guest and business partners
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new accommodation owner to enable future bookings.
- Responsible in supporting the Management with business development.
Support management:
- Supporting department related for accommodation showing, guest check in and check out
- Supporting Accommodation Department and Excursion Department when it is required
Qualifications
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in German language (mother tongue)
- Good communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Indonesian language skills are a plus
- Completed university studies is highly appreciated
- Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Email etc.
