    Cancellation Policy When the weather and the sea conditions are very bad the trip to or from the Gili Island is cancelled. We will do our best to move passengers to alternative vessels which may still be operating, however this may be at different time than the time you made the booking for. We will not be responsible for any additional accommodation costs due to cancellation of the trip.

    First sceptical... then completely satisfied: The pick up was organised by the crew of Soots Cruise. On the way from Ubud to Sanur we have been asked to visit a beautiful waterfall. We didn't havae to pay any extra fee for that. Then we went for check in to the office. The loading is a little bit chaotic but ok. When we were pciked up on our Hotel in Lembongan there was a little flaw. The office in Sanur told us a wrong pick up time so when the driver arrived we weren't ready, whereupon he just left. Shortly after that the office from Lembongan called and told us to get to the boat ourselfs. After much back and forth and a little sharper tone the insight came and the transfer worked. During the transfer to the Gilis we even got a little snack and water for free. All in all very good organised for asian conditions... again thank you to Rikki who was always available on whatsapp... gladly again and thank you
    Good service: We were picked up from Ubud and then took the boat from Padang Bai to Gili Air. Everything went great. From Gili Air onwards it was a bit problematic because we had to ask around which agency we should go to. When we had that clear, then the man at the agency had no information that we had already booked and paid...That was a bit annoying but everything worked out well. The crossing from Lembongan to Sanur went smoothly and the transport to Canggu went like clockwork and was very good!
    Mixed: We booked the complete package (open ticket) from Bali via Lembongan to Gili and back again. The contact concerning the booking and our questions was very good. We had direct contact via WhatsApp. We chose this package because we wanted to be completely stress-free during our honeymoon.

    The first problem started already at the pick-up. We should be picked up between 11:30 and 12:00 in Ubud center. Unfortunately, we were only picked up at 12:40. Then it turned out that a lady was forgotten in the pick-up, so we had to go there before heading off to the harbour. The contact during our waiting time was pretty bad, as Riki told us the car was on the way but couldn’t tell us when it would be there. Waiting over an hour in the sun was not so nice.

    The boat trip was completely okay. In bad weather this is quite an experience, not so good for the weak heart.

    What was really annoying me was the contact with the organizer when we wanted to move our return journey (as we had an open ticket). We should contact the organizer 1 or 2 days in advance. We did this by email, but unfortunately didn’t get any reply. By chance, we received an email from the organizer exactly on the day, if we could please evaluate our experience. I wrote back directly if someone could help us. Then we received an email asking us for a moment.. Unfortunately this was the last contact we had with the organizer.

    Our trip is now 1.5 weeks ago and now we received a question from the organizer if everything had worked well..

    It did, but we took care of it ourselves! Since the pick-up is made directly by the speedboat operator, you can also contact them directly for a booking and leave out the agent.
    Reliable and safe transport in Bali and the islands: Our round-trip was perfectly organized by Bali Brio. Both the pick-up in Sanur/Bali and Nusa Lembongan were punctual, clean and safe. The boat gave us a good and safe impression and brought us safel to Nusa Lembongan, then to Gilis and finally back to Bali. Definitely recommended! Thank you.
